Ingredients
2 Braveheart Top Sirloin Steaks, cut into small cubes
Extra virgin olive oil
1 white onion, diced
1 cup celery, diced
1 can tomato paste
2 carrots, diced
5 garlic cloves, minced
1 large potato, peeled and diced
2 tbsp italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
4 cups beef broth
1 ½ cup frozen peas
1 cup frozen green beans
Directions
Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Add cubed top sirloin steak and sear on all sides until golden brown. Remove steak from pot and set aside.
Add oil to the pan along with onions, celery, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper and cook until onions are translucent.
Add tomato paste and cook until tomato paste turns a rich, dark red color. Next, reduce heat to low and add beef broth. Let simmer partially covered for 1 hour.
After an hour, add potatoes, carrots, green beans, and peas. Mix well and let simmer for 30 minutes.
Let cool, serve, and enjoy!
