Truffle Steak

Indulge in the rich and savory flavors of truffle with this delicious truffle steak recipe. This truffle steak recipe is perfect for special occasions or when you're in the mood for a fancy dinner at home. Impress your guests or treat yourself to a restaurant-quality meal with this easy-to-follow recipe.


  • 4 Braveheart center-cut tenderloin filets

  • Salt and pepper

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 tbsp truffle oil

  • 4 tbsp shaved truffle

  • 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley


  1. Remove the steaks from the refrigerator and allow them to come to room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking.

  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  3. Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides.

  4. Add the olive oil and heat until shimmering in a large skillet over high heat. Add the steaks to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until a golden brown crust forms.

  5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and continue to cook the steaks for another 6-8 minutes or until the desired level of doneness is reached.

  6. Remove the skillet from the oven and transfer the steaks to a plate. Tent the plate with foil and allow the steaks to rest for 5-10 minutes.

  7. While the steaks are resting, make the truffle butter. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  8. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the truffle oil and chopped parsley.

  9. Slice the steaks against the grain and top each slice with shaved truffle and a spoonful of truffle butter. Serve immediately.
