Thai Beef Curry

This dish offers a unique flavor experience that you will not want to pass on. This thai beef curry is made with quality Braveheart ground beef and an array of fresh vegetables. All of these quality ingredients are brought together by a spicy red curry sauce that will make your taste buds happy. This is a perfect dish for the at-home chef.


  • 1lb Braveheart Black Angus Burger Meat

  • 1 red onion, sliced

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced

  • 1 jalapeno, sliced

  • Olive oil

  • 3 tbsp red curry powder

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

  • 2 tbsp red curry paste

  • 1 ⅓ cup coconut milk


  1. Heat oil in a large pan on medium-high heat. Add ground beef and season with salt, pepper, and curry powder. Once the meat is about halfway cooked, add onion, bell pepper, and jalapeno. Cook until vegetables begin to soften.

  2. Next, add cornstarch and red curry paste to the mixture and stir until combined. Let cook for 3-5 minutes and add coconut milk. Taste and add seasoning accordingly.

  3. Reduce heat to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.

  4. Serve over rice and enjoy!
