Tender Braveheart new york strip is slowly marinated in a perfectly seasoned marinade to create a unique and addictive flavor. This flavorful cut is laid atop a bed of fresh, crisp mixed greens and fresh vegetables. Serve this dish as a side or an entree for a pleasing dining experience.
Ingredients
2 Braveheart New York Strip Steaks
1 tbsp finely grated ginger
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
3 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp honey
1 t Sesame Oil
Juice from ½ a lime
4 spring onions, chopped
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 ½ cups mixed greens
1/4 cup roasted peanuts
2 Limes cut into wedges
Directions
Combine ginger, garlic, red pepper flakes, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, sugar, and honey in a large bowl. Whisk together until well combined. Place steak in the bowl, making sure it is well coated with the marinade. Let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes-8 hours.
Place steak on a grill over medium-high heat and cook for 6 minutes on each side (or until the desired doneness). Remove steak from the grill and let rest before thinly slicing.
Toss the remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
Served steak over a bed of greens and enjoy!
