Taco Soup

Treat yourself to a warm, hearty bowl of this delicious taco soup. The flavors of well-seasoned beans, fresh vegetables, creamy cheese, and Braveheart beef come together to make an addictive flavor. Recreate this tasty one-pot dish at home for an easy and filling recipe.


  • 1lb Braveheart Black Angus Burger Meat

  • 1 medium red onion, diced

  • 1 red bell pepper, diced

  • 1 jalapeno, finely diced

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 tbsp all-purpose seasoning

  • 1 can of diced tomatoes

  • 1 can tomato sauce

  • 2 cups beef broth

  • 3 tbsp taco seasoning

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 cup fresh corn

  • 1 can of black beans, drained

  • 1 can pinto beans, drained

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • 1 cup Colby jack cheese

Toppings (optional)

  • 1 avocado, diced

  • ⅓ cup cilantro, finely chopped

  • ½ red onion, diced

  • 1 jalapeno, cut in rounds

  • Tortilla strips


  1. Heat a large pot over medium-high and cook the beef until thoroughly browned. Remove the beef from the pot and add onion, bell pepper, jalapeno, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender and add the beef back into the pan. Season with all-purpose seasoning and mix well.

  2. To the pot, add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, and taco seasoning. Mix well and let simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.

  3. Reduce heat to medium and add corn, black beans, and pinto beans. Cover and let simmer until corn is fully cooked.

  4. Stir in sour cream and cheese.

  5. Serve topped with toppings of your choice and enjoy!
