Ingredients:
1 Braveheart sirloin filet steak, cooked to medium rare and thinly sliced.
1 lb pizza dough
1/4 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup sliced sundried tomatoes
1/4 cup sliced red onion
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp dried basil
1 cup fresh arugula
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
Roll out the pizza dough onto a floured surface to your desired thickness.
Brush the olive oil over the surface of the dough.
Spread the tomato sauce over the dough, leaving about 1 inch of space around the edge.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
