  • 1 pound Braveheart New York strip steak, cut into strips

  • 1 cup flour

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 cup canola oil

For the garlic aioli:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  7. To make the garlic aioli, simply mix together the mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a small bowl.

  8. Serve the fried steak fingers with the garlic aioli for dipping. Enjoy!
