These small but mighty, Steak Fingers with Garlic Aioli are the perfect bite-sized treat to impress your taste buds. Each finger is made with Braveheart New York strip steak and seasoned to perfection, then fried for that unforgettable crunch. Served with a delightfully creamy garlic aioli with just the right amount of zest.
Ingredients:
- 1 pound Braveheart New York strip steak, cut into strips 
- 1 cup flour 
- 2 eggs, beaten 
- 1 cup breadcrumbs 
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder 
- 1 teaspoon salt 
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 
- 1/2 cup canola oil 
For the garlic aioli:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise 
- 1 clove garlic, minced 
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice 
- 1/2 teaspoon salt 
Instructions:
- Mix the flour, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a shallow dish. 
- Dip the steak strips in the beaten eggs, then coat them in the flour mixture. 
- In a separate shallow dish, pour the breadcrumbs. Dip the steak strips in the breadcrumbs, pressing them to make sure they are well coated. 
- In a large skillet, heat the canola oil over medium-high heat. 
- Carefully place the breaded steak strips in the hot oil and fry for 3-4 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and cooked through. 
- Remove the steak fingers from the skillet and drain on paper towels. 
- To make the garlic aioli, simply mix together the mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a small bowl. 
- Serve the fried steak fingers with the garlic aioli for dipping. Enjoy!
