Steak Breakfast Pizza

Make this delicious steak breakfast pizza at home to start your day off with mouthwatering flavors. This dish is made with tender Braveheart Ribeye steak, sunny side up eggs, and a medley of cheese that makes breakfast fun.

Ingredients

  • 1 Braveheart Boneless Ribeye Steak

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 cup fresh spinach

  • 6 slices of bacon

  • ¼ cup mild cheddar cheese, grated

  • ¼ cup fresh parmesan cheese, grated

  • 1 ball of fresh mozzarella cheese, roughly chopped

  • ½ cup mushrooms, chopped

  • 1 cup alfredo sauce

  • 1 package premade pizza dough

Directions

  1. Lightly season both sides of the ribeye with salt and pepper. Let rest for 5 minutes.

  2. Heat oil a skillet over medium-high heat and add the ribeye. Let ribeye cook for 5 minutes on both sides or until desired internal temperature is reached. Remove ribeye from the skillet and let rest for 10-15 minutes before thinly slicing.

  3. Cook bacon in the skillet until fully cooked and crispy. Remove from the pan and place on a plate with paper towels to absorb excess grease.

  4. Add spinach and mushrooms to the pan with the bacon grease and cook until vegetables are tender and wilted. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  5. Roll out premade pizza dough to desired size and brush with olive oil. Spread a thick layer of alfredo sauce over the pizza crust and top with steak, spinach, mushrooms, bacon, and assorted cheeses.

  6. Place in the oven at 4–F for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is browned.

  7. While the pizza is cooking, add the 4 eggs to the skillet and cook until egg whites are fully cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

  8. Top the pizza with sunny side up eggs.

  9. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
