This delicious burger is seasoned to perfection and loaded with flavors of avocado, spicy chipotle mayo, and gooey cheese. Juicy, tender Braveheart beef has never tasted better than this spicy guacamole burger.
Ingredients
2 Braveheart Black Angus Burgers
2 avocados, diced
1 small tomato, diced
½ red onion, diced
Juice of 1 lime
3 tbsp fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
4 slices bacon, cooked
½ cup mayonnaise
1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
2 sesame buns
4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
Directions
To a medium-sized bowl, add avocados, tomato, red onion, lime juice, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the avocado is mashed and all ingredients are well incorporated. Set aside in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Next, add mayonnaise and chipotle pepper to a blender and blend until it has a smooth consistency. Set aside.
Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Add the burgers to the grill and cook, uncovered, for 5 minutes on each side. Remove from the grill and set aside.
To assemble the burgers, spread a thin layer of chipotle mayo on each bun and top with cheese. Place the burger on the bun and top it with avocado, bacon, and any additional toppings of your choosing.
