Ingredients:

For the ribeye burger:

- 1 pound Braveheart boneless ribeye

- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Olive oil for grilling

- 4 burger buns

- Arugula leaves

For the feta aioli:

- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1 garlic clove, minced

- Salt and pepper, to taste

For the spicy pickles:

- 1 cup sliced pickles (dill or bread-and-butter)

- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)

- 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions:

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

2. Season the Braveheart boneless ribeye with salt and pepper on both sides.

3. Drizzle olive oil over the ribeye and rub it into the meat to ensure an even coating.

4. Place the ribeye on the preheated grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side until it reaches your desired level of doneness. Remove the ribeye from the grill and rest for a few minutes.

5. While the ribeye is resting, prepare the feta aioli. Combine the crumbled feta cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

6. combine the sliced pickles, Sriracha sauce, and honey in another bowl. Toss until the pickles are well coated in the spicy mixture.

7. Slice the grilled ribeye into thin strips against the grain to ensure tenderness.

8. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or until lightly golden.

9. Spread a generous amount of the feta aioli on the bottom half of each burger bun.

10. Arrange the sliced grilled ribeye on top of the aioli. Add a handful of arugula leaves and a few spicy pickles on top of the ribeye.

11. Finish assembling the burger by placing the top half of the bun over the toppings.

12. Serve your sliced grilled ribeye burger with feta aioli, spicy pickles, and arugula alongside your favorite sides, and enjoy!
