Spicy Beef Pho

  • 2 Braveheart Ribeye Steaks, thinly sliced

  • 1 onion, halved

  • 1 bulb of ginger, shaved and sliced

  • 6 cups beef broth

  • 2 tsp coriander

  • 2 tsp fennel seeds

  • 2 cloves cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp fish sauce

  • 3 tbsp sriracha

  • 1 cup bean sprouts

  • ½ cup green onion, chopped

  • Pho noodles


  1. In a large pot, add onion and sear until golden brown. Remove onion from the pan and add ginger, coriander, fennel, and cinnamon. Let ingredients cook until aromatic.

  2. Add beef broth, fish sauce, and sriracha to the pan and let simmer for 10 minutes.

  3. Add thinly sliced beef to a pan and lightly sean on both sides.

  4. Dip pho noodles in the broth and add to a bowl. Top noodles with sliced beef, bean sprouts, and green onion. Pour hot broth over ingredients.

  5. Let cool and enjoy!
