This Skillet Beef Queso is the perfect dish for game days or parties. It is so gooey and jam-packed with fun flavors. The flavors of smooth cheese, juicy Braveheart beef, and spicy jalapenos combine to create this tasty dish. One bite of this dip is sure to have you hooked.
Ingredients
1lb Braveheart Black Angus Burger Meat
1 can rotel tomatoes
4 jalapenos, seeded and diced
1 onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
½ cup cilantro, chopped
3 tbsp taco seasoning
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
2lbs white Velveeta cheese (or preferred cheese), cubed
2 tbsp unsalted butter
Directions
In a large skillet over medium high heat, cook beef until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Melt butter in the skillet and add onions, garlic, tomato, jalapeno, and seasonings. Mix well and cook until the vegetables are tender. Reduce heat to medium-low.
Add beef, velveeta cheese, and cilantro to the pan and mix well. Frequently stir until the cheese is melted and smooth.
Top the skillet with cheddar cheese and broil in the oven until the cheese is golden brown.
Let cool, serve, and enjoy!
