Seattle Style hot dogs are a delicious way to spice up the American classic. These delicious hot dogs are slathered in smooth cream cheese, topped with caramelized onions and fresh jalapenos, and sandwiched between a buttery, toasted bun. Consider trying this delicious dish for a unique handheld treat.

  • 4 Braveheart Ridgecrest Franks

  • 4 hot dog buns

  • 4 tbsp butter

  • 1 white onion, sliced

  • 1 fresh jalapeno, sliced

  • 4 tbsp whipped cream cheese spread

  1. Place oil in a skillet along with franks and cook until all sides are nicely browned. Remove franks from the skillet and set aside.

  2. Next, melt half the butter in the skillet and add sliced onions. Cook until onions turned a golden brown color and remove from the pan.

  3. Add the remaining butter to the skillet and toast the insides and bottom of the bun until golden brown.

  4. Assemble the hot dogs by spreading a generous layer of cream cheese on the bun before adding the frank. Top the frank with browned onions and jalapeno slices.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
