Rosemary Garlic Steak Skewers

This delicious dish is versatile and can be easily paired with your sides of choice. Nothing compares to the flavor of juicy Braveheart beef, carefully marinated in the flavors of rosemary, balsamic, and garlic. Make this dish at home to experience tasty, unparalleled flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 Braveheart Sirloin Filet Steaks, cut into 1-inch cubes

  • ¼ cup soy sauce

  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar

  • 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • 5 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 ½ tsp black pepper

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp onion powder

  • 4 fresh rosemary sprigs

  • 6 wooden skewers

Directions

  1. Combine soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, garlic, pepper, lemon juice, onion powder, and rosemary in a large bowl. Add cubed steak to the marinade and let sit, refrigerated, for 5-12 hours.

  2. Once marinated, add cubed steak to the skewers.

  3. Preheat an oiled grill to 375F and cook steak skewers for 3-5 minutes on each side.

  4. Let cool, serve, and enjoy!
