Ribeye with Maple Glazed Green Beans

This dish pairs succulent and juicy filet mignons with sweet and savory maple green beans, creating a harmonious balance of flavors and textures. The filets are seasoned with just the right amount of salt and pepper, then grilled to perfection and brushed with a sticky and flavorful teriyaki sauce. Try this delicious recipe for an easy weeknight meal!


  • 4 Braveheart Boneless Ribeyes

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1/4 cup of teriyaki sauce

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 1 lb of green beans, trimmed

  • 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter

  • 2 tablespoons of pure maple syrup

  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Season the steaks with salt and pepper and let stand for 30 minutes.

  2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

  3. Add the steaks and cook until browned on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side. Brush with teriyaki sauce and cook for 1 more minute on each side. Remove from pan and set aside.

  4. In the same pan, add the green beans and cook until crisp-tender, about 4-5 minutes.

  5. Add the butter, maple syrup, salt, and pepper and toss to coat the green beans.

  6. Serve the steaks with the maple green beans on the side. Enjoy!
