Ingredients
1lb Braveheart Black Angus Beef
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 eggs, beaten
½ cup whole milk
Pre-made pizza dough
1 jar marinara sauce
1 cup fresh basil
1 ball fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
Directions
Add bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, and seasonings to a large mixing bowl. Mix until all ingredients are well combined. Next, add eggs, whole milk, and beef, and mix well.
Form the meat mixture into small ball shapes and place on a greased baking sheet. Cook meatballs in the oven at 400F for 10 minutes.
While the meatballs are cooking, roll out the pizza dough on a clean surface. Spread a layer of marinara sauce and top with sliced parmesan cheese.
Remove meatballs from the oven and let cool. Once cooled, slice the meatballs in half and layer them on top of the pizza crust. Top with basil leaves and cook according to pizza dough instructions.
Remove from oven and let cool.
