Ingredients
1 Braveheart Bottom Rounds Flat Roast
2 Tbsp coconut oil
3 shallots, thinly sliced
3 tbsp massaman paste
2 cups coconut milk
2 cups chicken stock
1 bag of baby potatoes, cut into bite-size pieces
Directions
Heat coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef to the pan and sear on all sides until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Add massaman paste, coconut milk, and chicken stock in a medium-sized bowl. Mix until the paste is dissolved and a smooth texture forms.
