Mango Balsamic Steak Salad

Looking for a refreshing and flavor-packed lunch? Try this steak salad with mango salsa and homemade balsamic vinaigrette. Every bite is sweet and tangy due to the juicy mango and tart vinegar. Create this dish as a delicious side or light and airy lunch.

Ingredients

  • Braveheart New York Strip Steak

  • 1 mango, cubed

  • 1 tomato

  • 1 bell pepper

  • Juice of ½ a lemon

  • 1 cup olive oil

  • ⅓ cup balsamic vinegar

  • Mixed greens

  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Add steak to a skillet over medium-high heat and cook until both sides are brown and interior is desired temperature. Remove from pan and let rest before thinly slicing.

  2. Add tomato and pepper to the pan and brown on both sides. Remove veggies from the pan and dice. Add to a small bowl with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside.

  3. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, honey, garlic, slat and pepper. Mix well.

  4. Add mixed greens to a large bowl with balsamic vinaigrette and mango salsa. Tpss until greens are evenly coated with dressing. Top with sliced steak and enjoy!
