Loaded Taco Fries

Introducing the ultimate comfort food - Loaded Taco Fries! Prepare for a fiesta of flavors with crispy golden fries, seasoned ground beef, melted cheddar cheese, and all your favorite taco toppings. Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. Braveheart Black Angus beef

  • 1 lb. French fries

  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

  • 1 packet of taco seasoning

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes

  • 1/4 cup diced red onion

  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Spread the French fries out on the baking sheet and bake them for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

  3. While the fries are baking, heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.

  4. Add the ground beef to the frying pan and cook it for about 5-7 minutes, or until browned.

  5. Add the taco seasoning to the frying pan and stir until the beef is fully coated in seasoning.

  6. Remove the fries from the oven and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of them.

  7. Add the cooked ground beef on top of the cheese.

  8. Sprinkle the diced tomatoes, red onion, and black olives over the ground beef.

  9. Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  10. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

  11. Sprinkle chopped fresh cilantro over the top of the fries.

  12. Drizzle sour cream over the top of the loaded fries.

  13. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious and flavorful loaded taco fries!
