Loaded Double Bacon Cheeseburger

If you’re looking for a flavor-packed and filling meal, the Loaded Double Bacon Cheeseburger is the perfect pick.   • 4 Braveheart Black Angus burgers

  • 4 slices cheddar cheese

  • 4 hamburger buns

  • 4 slices of thick-cut bacon

  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms

  • 1 cup french fried onions

  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

  2. Grill the hamburger patties for 3-4 minutes on each side or until they are cooked to your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of cooking, top each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese to melt.

  3. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster oven until they are lightly golden.

  4. Fry bacon in a medium-sized skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.

  5. To the skillet, add the sliced mushrooms to the bacon grease and sauté until they are softened and lightly browned. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
