  • 1 Braveheart New York Strip steak

  • 1 tbsp gochujang

  • ½ cup soy sauce

  • 1 ½ tbsp oyster sauce

  • 2 tbsp sesame oil

  • 2 tsp honey

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • ½ tbsp sesame seeds

  • 2 tsp minced ginger

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • ½ cup orange juice

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp sriracha

  • 1 tsp lime juice

  • 2 tsp water

  • 4 flour tortillas

  • ½ cup purple cabbage, thinly sliced

  • ⅓ cup kimchi

  • ¼ cup pickled carrots

  1. Combine gochujang, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, honey, salt, pepper, sesame seeds, ginger, garlic, and orange juice in a large bowl. Mix well and place steak in the bowl to marinate for 2-8 hours.

  2. Once the meat is marinated, sear in an oiled pan over medium-high heat for 5 minutes on each side. Remove from the pan, once cooked, and set aside to rest.

  3. Combine mayonnaise, sriracha, lime juice, and water in a small bowl and mix until a smooth sauce forms.

  4. Thinly slice the steak and begin to assemble the tacos.

  5. Place sliced cabbage on the tortillas and top with steak, kimchi, pickled carrots, and spicy mayo.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
