  • 2 tsp honey

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • ½ tbsp sesame seeds

  • 2 tsp minced ginger

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • ½ cup orange juice

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tbsp sriracha

  • 1 tsp lime juice

  • 2 tsp water

  • 4 flour tortillas

  • ½ cup purple cabbage, thinly sliced

  • ⅓ cup kimchi

  • ¼ cup pickled carrots

Directions.

  3. Combine mayonnaise, sriracha, lime juice, and water in a small bowl and mix until a smooth sauce forms.

  4. Thinly slice the steak and begin to assemble the tacos.
