2 Braveheart Ridgecrest franks, sliced
1 cup of cooked rice
1 small onion, diced
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 cup of frozen mixed vegetables
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Heat the oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 2-3 minutes.
