Ground Beef Risotto

Nothing screams comfort food like a steaming bowl of Ground Beef Risotto. This hearty Italian dish is just what you need for a cozy and satisfying night in. Made with arborio rice, beef broth, white wine, Braveheart beef, and Parmesan cheese, it's sure to please everyone at the table.


  • 1lb Braveheart Black Angus beef

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 cup arborio rice

  • 3 cups beef broth

  • 1/2 cup white wine

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

  • salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef, onion, and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until the beef is browned and the onion is softened.

  2. Stir in the arborio rice and cook for 1-2 minutes, until the rice is lightly toasted.

  3. Pour in the beef broth and white wine, and bring the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover the saucepan, and let the risotto simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the liquid is absorbed and the rice is cooked.

  4. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and parsley, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Serve the risotto hot, garnished with additional Parmesan and parsley if desired. Enjoy!
