Grilled Ribeye with Wedge Salad

  • 2 Braveheart Boneless Ribeye steaks

  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce

  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/2 cup of diced red onion

  • 1/2 cup of crumbled blue cheese

  • 1/2 cup of crumbled bacon

  • 1/2 cup of ranch dressing

  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat your grill to high heat.

  2. Cut the head of iceberg lettuce into wedges and set aside.

  3. Season the steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
