Grilled Ribeye with Cilantro Lime Sauce

This recipe will make you feel like a professional chef. This cilantro lime steak has the most unique and delicious flavor. It is juicy, tender Braveheart ribeye with a tangy cilantro lime sauce. This is the perfect date night dinner and is sure to impress!


  • 2 Braveheart Ribeye Steaks - Bone-in

  • 4 garlic cloves

  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice

  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 1 thai chili

  • 2 tbsp fish sauce

  • 2 tbsp water

  • Olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 tbsp basil, chopped

  • 1 tbsp thyme, chopped


  1. Using a mortar and pestle, mash sugar, garlic cloves, and thai chili until it forms a paste. Add fish sauce, water, lime juice, and cilantro and mash for 2-4 minutes until everything is combined.

  2. Lightly season both sides of steak with salt, pepper, chili powder, basil, and thyme.

  3. Add steak to a grill over medium-high heat and cook until desired doneness.

  4. Thinly slice steak and serve with sauce.
