Ingredients
2 Braveheart Ribeye Steaks - Bone-in
4 garlic cloves
¼ cup fresh lime juice
¼ cup chopped cilantro
2 tbsp sugar
1 thai chili
2 tbsp fish sauce
2 tbsp water
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp basil, chopped
1 tbsp thyme, chopped
Directions
Using a mortar and pestle, mash sugar, garlic cloves, and thai chili until it forms a paste. Add fish sauce, water, lime juice, and cilantro and mash for 2-4 minutes until everything is combined.
Lightly season both sides of steak with salt, pepper, chili powder, basil, and thyme.
Add steak to a grill over medium-high heat and cook until desired doneness.
Thinly slice steak and serve with sauce.
