Ingredients
4 Braveheart Black Angus Burgers
4 sesame seed buns
1 red onion, finely diced
4 garlic cloves, minced
¾ cup parsley, chopped
2 tsp salt
2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp oregano
1 egg
For the sauce:
2 cups plain greek yogurt
¾ cup cucumber, shredded and squeezed dry
1 ½ tbsp dill, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil
Toppings:
½ cup feta cheese
½ cup cucumbers, sliced
½ cup arugula
4 tomato slices
Directions:
Add thawed burgers to a bowl with red onion, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper, oregano, and egg. Mix until ingredients are well combined and form into 4 patties.
Add patties to a grill over medium-high heat and cook until desired doneness. Remove from the grill and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine yogurt, cucumber, dill, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and olive oil. Mix until the sauce is a smooth consistency.
Toast sesame seed buns on the grill until they are golden brown. Top buns with a layer of tzatziki sauce, then add burger and toppings.
Serve and enjoy!
