This delicious burger features a juicy grilled patty made from premium ground beef, perfectly seasoned with salt and pepper for a satisfying savory taste. Topped with a slice of cheddar cheese that melts to perfection, this burger is loaded with crispy fried onions and tangy pickled jalapenos, adding a crunchy texture and a spicy kick to every bite.
Ingredients:
4 Braveheart Black Angus burgers
4 brioche buns
4 slices of cheddar cheese
1/4 cup pickled jalapenos
1/4 cup fried onions
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
For the cilantro aioli:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. chopped cilantro
1 tbsp. lime juice
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan to medium-high heat.
Grill the burger patties on each side for 4-5 minutes or until fully cooked.
While the patties are grilling, prepare the cilantro aioli. Mix the mayonnaise, chopped cilantro, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Heat the vegetable oil in a small frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the fried onions and cook for 2-3 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
To assemble the burgers, place a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty and let it melt.
Toast the brioche buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes.
Spread the cilantro aioli on the bottom half of each bun.
Place the cooked patty with melted cheese on top of the aioli.
Add a few pickled jalapenos and fried onions on top of each patty.
Finally, place the top half of the bun on each burger.
