Crunchy Beef Wrap

  • 1 pound Braveheart Black Angus beef

  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 4 flour tortillas

  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

  • 1/2 cup diced tomato

  • 1/2 cup diced avocado

  • 1/2 cup diced red onion

  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeno pepper

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese

  • 1/2 cup crumbled tortilla chips

  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro


  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until it is browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.

  2. Add the onion, garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet with the ground beef. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the onions are translucent.

  3. Lay the flour tortillas on a flat surface. Divide the ground beef mixture, lettuce, tomato, avocado, red onion, jalapeno pepper, cheese, and tortilla chips among the tortillas.

  4. Spread a spoonful of sour cream or Greek yogurt over the top of the filling. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro.

  5. Roll up the tortillas tightly to form the wraps. Secure them with toothpicks, if desired.

  6. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are crispy and golden brown.

  7. Remove the wraps from the skillet and cut them into halves or quarters. Serve them immediately, garnished with additional cilantro, if desired. Enjoy!
