Ingredients:

- 1 pound Braveheart Black Angus Burger Meat

- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley

- 1 small onion, finely chopped

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 egg

- 1/4 cup milk

- Olive oil for frying

- 2 tablespoons butter

- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

- 1 1/2 cups chicken or beef broth

- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, egg, milk, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.

  2. Mix everything together until well combined. Don't overmix, as it can make the meatballs tough.

  3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. You should get around 20-25 meatballs.

  4. In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium-high heat.

  5. Add the meatballs to the skillet in batches, making sure not to overcrowd them.

  6. Cook the meatballs until browned on all sides and cooked through, which should take about 8-10 minutes. Once cooked, remove them from the skillet and set aside.

  7. Melt the butter over medium heat in the same skillet used to cook the meatballs.

  8. Stir in the all-purpose flour and cook for about a minute, stirring constantly, until the flour is golden.

  9. Slowly whisk in the chicken or beef broth, ensuring no lumps form.

  10. Add the heavy cream and whisk until the sauce thickens and becomes smooth.

  11. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and let it melt into the sauce.

  12. Season the sauce with salt and pepper to taste.

  13. Return the cooked meatballs to the skillet with the cream sauce.

  14. Gently stir the meatballs to coat them evenly with the sauce.

  15. Let the meatballs simmer in the sauce for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.

  16. Remove the skillet from heat once the meatballs are well-coated and the sauce has thickened.

  17. Serve the Parsley Meatballs in Cream Sauce over cooked pasta, mashed potatoes, or with a side of vegetables.

  18. Garnish with some extra chopped parsley for a fresh burst of flavor.

Enjoy your delicious Parsley Meatballs in Cream Sauce! It's a comforting and flavorful dish perfect for a special dinner or any day you crave something hearty and satisfying.
