Chili Lime Lettuce Wraps

This finger food is packed with spice and delicious flavor. These chili corn lettuce wraps are made with quality Braveheart black angus beef that is seasoned to perfection and paired with a blend of fresh, tasty vegetables. This is a perfect low-calorie meal option and is so easy to whip up.


  • 1lb Braveheart Black Angus Burger Meat

  • 4 chili peppers, sliced

  • 1 cup fresh corn

  • Juice of ½ a lime

  • 4 large romaine lettuce leaves

  • ½ red onion, diced

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • ½ cup mushrooms, diced

  • 2 tbsp cumin

  • 1 tsp chili powder

  • 2 tsp paprika

  • ¼ teaspoon oregano

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Olive oil


  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion, corn, mushrooms, and chili to the pan. Cook, stirring often, until the vegetables are tender and start to brown. Remove vegetables from the pan and set aside.

  2. Add more oil to the skillet and add the beef. Cook until the beef is browned (about 10 minutes).

  3. Season beef with cumin, chili powder, paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, and lime juice. Add vegetables to the beef and mix well.

  4. Add mixture to freshly washed lettuce leaves and top with additional lime juice.

  5. Serve and enjoy!
