Ingredients:
- 4 Braveheart Ridgecrest Franks 
- 4 hot dog buns 
- 1/2 cup canned chili 
- 1 cup coleslaw mix 
- 1/4 cup diced onion 
- 1 tablespoon diced pickles 
- 2 tablespoons diced tomatoes 
- 1 tablespoon diced jalapeno peppers 
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 
- 1 teaspoon mustard 
- salt and pepper, to taste 
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill or stovetop griddle to medium heat. Grill or cook the franks until they are heated through and have grill marks, about 5-7 minutes. 
- In a small bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, onion, pickles, tomatoes, jalapeno peppers (if using), mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir until the vegetables are evenly coated in the dressing. 
- To assemble the hot dogs, place a frank in each bun. Top each hot dog with a spoonful of canned chili and a generous serving of the slaw mixture. Serve the hot dogs warm, and enjoy!
