Serves: 4

Ingredients

For the Monster Burgers:

- 1 1/2 pounds Braveheart Black Angus Beef

- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

- 1/4 cup finely chopped onions

- 1/4 cup ketchup

- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- 4 hamburger buns

- 4 slices of your favorite cheese (cheddar or American work well)

For the Olive Toothpick Eyes:

- 8 large green olives

- 8 small black olives

- 16 toothpicks

For the Pickle Tongues:

- 4 large dill pickles

- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

- 1 tablespoon ketchup

- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard

For the Cheese Teeth:

- 4 slices of white cheese (Swiss or Provolone)

- Knife

Instructions

1. combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onions, ketchup, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper in a large mixing bowl. Mix everything thoroughly until well combined.

2. Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty. Make them as round as possible, as these will be the faces of your monster burgers.

3. Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat. Grill or cook the burger patties to your desired level of doneness, typically about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty to melt.

4. While the burgers are cooking, prepare the Olive Toothpick Eyes. Take the green olives and slice a small section off one side to create a flat base. Then, carefully insert a toothpick into each green olive, leaving about an inch exposed. Push a small black olive onto the exposed end of each toothpick, creating eyeballs.

5. For the Pickle Tongues, cut a slit lengthwise along the center of each dill pickle, leaving about an inch uncut at the top. Mix the mayonnaise, ketchup, and yellow mustard in a small bowl. Spoon the sauce into the slit of each pickle to make the tongue.

6. To assemble your Monster Burgers, place each cooked patty with melted cheese on the bottom half of a hamburger bun.

7. Cut each slice of white cheese into jagged, tooth-like shapes using a knife for the Cheese Teeth. Arrange these "teeth" around the edge of each burger patty, pressing them gently into the burger.

8. Place a pickle tongue on top of the cheese teeth.

9. Finally, top each burger with the Olive Toothpick Eyes by inserting the toothpicks into the top of the burger bun.

11. Serve your Monster Burgers with a spooky side salad or some eerie fries for a complete Halloween meal! Enjoy your deliciously creepy creation.
