Braveheart Lobster Ravioli

This lobster ravioli is gourmet and full of flavor. This dish is the perfect way to spice up any occasion and elevate your cooking skills. Learn how to make this dish at home to experience a burst of savory goodness with every bite.


  • 1 lb Braveheart Black Angus Beef

  • 1 cup lobster meat

  • 1 package wonton wrappers

  • 4 tbsp butter

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • ⅓ cup green onions, sliced

  • ¼ cup white wine

  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the sauce:

  • ½ small red onion

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • ½ cup butter

  • ⅓ cup heavy cream

  • 1 cup spinach

  • ½ cup grape tomatoes


  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add butter, garlic, and beef. Once the meat is almost cooked through, add the lobster to the pan along with the wine and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

  2. Place a small spoonful of the mixture in the center of the wonton wrappers and top with additional wrapper. Securely seal all edges using water and set aside.

  3. Roast grape tomatoes in the oven at 425F for 15 minutes.

  4. While tomatoes are roasting, melt butter in the pan and saute onion and garlic until aromatic. Add the spinach and cook until wilted.

  5. Add tomatoes to the pan along with the heavy cream and mix well.

  6. Add ravioli to boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Remove from the water and transfer to sauce.

  7. Mix until ravioli is fully coated in the sauce.

  8. Let cool, serve, and enjoy!
