Ingredients:
4 Braveheart Black Angus burgers
Salt and pepper, to taste
4 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
4 hamburger buns
4 slices of swiss cheese
1/4 cup BBQ sauce
1/2 cup ranch dressing
2 tbsp. diced jalapenos
1 cup french fried onions
4 lettuce leaves
Instructions:
Preheat a grill or a stovetop griddle to high heat.
Place the black angus burgers on the hot grill or griddle and cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
During the last minute of cooking, top each patty with a slice of swiss cheese and let it melt.
Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or griddle.
In a small bowl, mix the ranch dressing and diced jalapenos.
To assemble the burgers, spread some of the jalapeno ranch sauce on the bottom buns. Add a patty, BBQ sauce, bacon, lettuce, and french-fried onions. Top with the other half of the bun.
