Lobster Salad Burger

Ingredients

  • 2 Braveheart Black Angus Burgers

  • 2 lobster tails, cooked

  • 6 slices bacon, cooked

  • 2 brioche buns

  • 2 slices pepper jack cheese

  • Zest of 1 lemon

  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise

  • 4 chives, thinly sliced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Juice of ½ lemon

  • 1 ½ tsp dill

  • salt and pepper

  • 2 tbsp butter, softened

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • Lettuce

  • Tomato, sliced

Directions

 

  1. Roughly chop cooked lobster tails and add to a medium sized bowl. 

  2. Add mayonnaise, paprika, chives, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and dill to the bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

  3. Heat a grill to medium-high heat and cook burger patties until desired doneness. 

  4. Add cheese slices to the top and continue to cook until the cheese is melted. Remove from the grill.

  5. Butter the inside of the brioche buns. Add to a small pan and cook until the buns are toasted and golden brown.

  6. To the bun, add lettuce, tomato, burger patty, bacon, and lobster salad. Top with remaining bun, serve and enjoy!

Beef & Ricotta Lasagna

Ingredients

  • Braveheart Black Angus Burger Meat

  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, shredded

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 5 cloves garlic, minced

  • 3 tbsp tomato paste

  • 1 can tomato sauce

  • ½ cup tomatoes, diced

  • 2 tbsp italian seasoning

  • 1 container of ricotta cheese

  • 1 egg

  • Salt & pepper to taste

  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

  • 1 package lasagna sheets, cooked to package instructions

Directions

  1. Brown beef in a large pan. Once beef is browned, add onion and garlic and let cook until onion starts to soften. Next, add tomato paste, tomato sauce, tomatoes and seasonings. Mix well and let cook until tomatoes are soft and broken down.

  2. Meanwhile, combine ricotta, parmesan cheese, mozzarella, parsley, salt, pepper, and egg in a small bowl. Mix well until consistency is smooth and all ingredients are well combined.

  3. To a large baking pan, add a layer of sauce, noodles, and cheese mixture. Repeat until the pan is full and then top with an additional layer of cheese.

  4. Cook in the oven at 350F for 45 minutes.

  5. Let cool and enjoy!

Macaroni Burger

Life is too short to eat a boring burger. This recipe is the epitome of comfort food and will have your taste buds begging for more. Creamy, cheesy macaroni and cheese sits atop a juicy, tender Braveheart Black Angus burger. This is a delicious and flavor-filled recipe that will impress any crowd.

Ingredients

  • 2 Braveheart Black Angus Burgers

  • Boxed macaroni and cheese

  • 6 slices of bacon

  • 4 slices cheddar cheese

  • 2 sesame seed buns

  • 2 tbsp butter, softened

  • salt and pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. Cook macaroni and cheese according to package instructions. Set aside.

  2. Preheat a medium pan over medium-high heat. 

  3. Lightly season both sides of the burger with salt and pepper

  4. Add burgers to the grill and cook until both sides are brown and inside is well done.

  5. Once burgers are cooked, add bacon to the pan and let cook until crispy.

  6. Spread a thin layer of softened butter onto the inside of the buns and toast in a pan until golden brown. 

  7. To the buns, add cheddar cheese, bacon, burger patty, macaroni and cheese, and top with a bun.

  8. Serve and enjoy!

Ramen Burger with Spicy Miso Sauce

Looking for a recipe to spice things up? Then this recipe is the perfect dish to try! This Spicy Miso Ramen Burger is a delicious and surprising dish. It has a perfect crunch from the crispy ramen bun and a dash of spice from the spicy miso sauce. It is easy to assemble and will leave you thoroughly satisfied.

Ingredients

  • 2 Braveheart Black Angus Burgers

  • 2 package ramen noodles

  • 4 eggs

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • 2 tbsp canola oil

  • 2 tbsp scallions, finely chopped

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

  • 1 tbsp Sriracha

  • 1 tbsp miso paste

  • 1 tbsp mayo

  • 2 tbsp Kimchi

  • 2 slices cheese of choice

Directions

  1. Add ramen noodles to a small pan of boiling water and let cook for 1 minute. Remove noodles from the pan and set aside.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together 1 egg and add noodles to the bowl. Mix well until noodles are evenly coated with egg.

  3. Divide noodle and egg mixture into four small ramekins or small, circular bowls.

  4. Add a piece of parchment or wax paper to the top of the ramekins and weigh down with a semi-heavy object. Place ramekins with weights in the fridge and let chill for 15 minutes or more.

  5. Meanwhile, add burger meat to a bowl and season with salt, pepper, ground ginger, and scallions. Mix well to combine and then divide meat mixture into two patties. Set aside.

  6. To a blender, add sesame oil, miso paste, sriracha, sesame seeds, 1 tbsp hot water, and mayo. Blend until ingredients are well combined and mixture is a smooth consistency. Place in the fridge until ready to serve.

  7. To a large pan on medium high heat, add canola oil.

  8. Once oil is heated, add burger patties and cook until desired doneness. Remove burgers from the pan and set aside.

  9. To the same pan, add ramen patties and cook until both sides are golden brown. Remove from the pan.

  10. Fry remaining eggs in the pan.

  11. Assemble the burgers by adding a layer of sauce to a ramen pattie, then the burger, cheese, egg, kimchi, and an additional layer of sauce. Top with remaining ramen patty and serve.

Chili Lime Burger with Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • Braveheart Black Angus Burger

  • 4 hamburger buns

  • 1 tbsp butter, softened

  • 1 tsp chili powder

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1.5  tablespoon fresh lime juice

  • 1 large mango, peeled, coarsely chopped (about 1 cup)

  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onion

  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped seeded jalapeño pepper

Directions

  1. Lightly season both sides of the burger patty with chili powder, sea salt, garlic powder, and lime juice.

  2. Place burgers on grill at medium high heat. Cook for 10-15 minutes, flipping burgers halfway through.

  3. While burgers are cooking add the remaining lime juice to a bowl with mango, cilantro, green onions, and jalapeno. Mix until combined and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Once burgers are cooked, remove from the grill. 

  5. Butter both sides of buns and place on the grill. Cook until golden brown and toasted.

  6. Place burgers on buns and top with mango salsa.

  7. Let cool and enjoy!

Ingredients: 

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon drained prepared horseradish

Burger:

  • Braveheart’s Black Angus burgers
  • 8 ounces bulk Italian sausage
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar (about 2 ounces)
  • 4 English muffins, regular, sandwich-size or corn, split and toasted
  • 1 vine-ripe tomato, thickly sliced into 4 pieces
  • 1 cup peppery greens, such as baby arugula, mustard greens or watercress
  • 4 large eggs

Directions:

  1. For the dressing: Stir the mayonnaise, mustard and horseradish together in a small bowl and set aside.

  2. For the burgers: Gently mix together the ground beef, sausage and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper.

  3. Divide the meat into 4 pieces and form each into a 4-inch patty.

  4. Melt the butter in a 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and add the patties.

  5. Cook until well browned, about 3 minutes, and then flip. Top with some of the cheese and continue to cook until the cheese is melted and the burger is just cooked through, 2 to 3 minutes.

  6. Spread the toasted muffins with some of the mustard dressing and top with a slice of tomato and a burger patty.

  7. Crack the eggs into the skillet with the sausage drippings and cook to your preference.

  8. Place an egg on each burger and finish with some baby arugula on the top of the English muffin.

Cheesy "Juicy Lucy" Burger

One way to make your burger stand out from the rest is instead of putting the cheese on top, why not mix it up by putting the cheese inside the meat. Surprise your guests with the juicy texture of Braveheart's black angus burgers mixed with a melty surprise inside making for the perfect summer dish.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 pounds Braveheart Black Angus Burger 
  • 6 slices American cheese
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, finely chopped (or substitute 1 teaspoon garlic powder)
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • Canola cooking spray
  • 4 buns
  • Grill pan or cast iron pan (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cut each cheese slice evenly into 4 squares; arrange in 4 stacks with 6 slices each.

  2. In a large mixing bowl combine ground beef, garlic, Worcestershire, salt and pepper; mix by hand.

  3. Form beef mixture into 8 thin patties on a large sheet pan.

  4. With your thumb, press an indented well in the center of 4 patties and put the portioned cheese in the wells.

  5. Encase the cheese with the remaining 4 patties, hand forming your burger to a uniform shape with sealed edges.

  6. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before grilling.

  7. Spray burgers with a light coat of cooking spray. Grill or pan sear over high heat 3 minutes per side.

  8. Transfer to the cool side of the grill or 375°F oven to finish cooking to an internal doneness of 160°F (5 to 8 minutes). Remove from the grill and rest at least 3 minutes for the cheese to set.
