Beef Wonton Soup

  • 1lb of Braveheart Black Angus Burger Meat

  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 1 cup water

  • 2 tbsp fresh minced ginger

  • 4 garlic cloves, minced

  • 3 tsp sugar

  • 1 tbsp vinegar

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • ¼ cup finely chopped green onions

  • 1 cup raw bok choy

  • 1 package wonton wrappers


  1. Add beef, ginger, garlic, green onions, soy sauce, sugar, and vinegar to a medium sized bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

  2. Place about a teaspoon of beef mixture in the center or a wonton wrapper and place water around all edges. Fold wonton wrapper to seal beef mixture inside and pinch all sides together to form a wonton shape. Repeat until all beef mixture has been used.

  3. Add chicken broth, water, and bok choy to a pot and bring to boil. Add wontons to the pot and cook for 10-12 minutes.

  4. Let cool, serve, and enjoy!
