These delicious beef and cheese stuffed mushrooms are the tastiest party dish. This finger food is filled to the brim with unique flavor. Tender mushroom, juicy beef, and gooey parmesan cheese combine to create this delicious handheld appetizer.
Ingredients
½ lb Braveheart Black Angus Burger Meat
1 package whole mushrooms, washed and stemmed
½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
⅓ cup cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp parsley
1 tbsp thyme
1 shallot, diced
Directions
To a pan on medium heat, add ground beef, butter, garlic, and shallots. Cook until meat is browned and shallots are translucent.
Add to a bowl and combine with parmesan cheese, cream cheese, parsley, and thyme. Mix well.
Stuff mushroom caps with mixture and top with additional cheese.
Cook in the oven at 400F for 10-15 minutes.
