Ingredients
1lb Braveheart Black Angus Burger Meat
oil
1 small white onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp ginger paste
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp anise powder
1 tsp Chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 ½ tbsp tomato paste
1 bag frozen peas and carrots
¼ cup cilantro, chopped
1 package of egg roll wrappers
Directions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and garlic and cook for 3 minutes or until the onion begins to soften. Add beef to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes or until it begins to brown. Add ginger paste, tomato paste, and all the seasonings to the skillet and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes and add frozen vegetables and cilantro. Cook until meat is fully browned and remove from heat. Set aside and let cool.
Lay egg roll wrappers on a flat, clean surface and place a generous amount of filling in the center of each wrapper. Brush water along the edges of the egg roll wrapper and fold the edges over to create a triangle shape. Pinch edges together to seal the samosa.
Preheat an air fryer to 400F. Place samosas on a greased tray and cook for 5 minutes on each side.
Let cool, serve, and enjoy!
