Ingredients
8 ounces (225g) elbow macaroni or any pasta of your choice
1 pound Braveheart Black Angus burger meat
1 packet (1 ounce) ranch dressing mix
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup cucumber, diced
1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup black olives, sliced
1/2 cup corn kernels, cooked (optional)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool it down. Set aside.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned and cooked. Drain any excess grease. Add the ranch dressing mix to the cooked ground beef, stirring well to combine. Remove from heat and let it cool.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cooled ground beef, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, black olives, corn kernels (if using), shredded cheddar cheese, and fresh parsley.
Whisk together the mayonnaise and sour cream in a small bowl until well blended—season with salt and pepper to taste.
Pour the mayonnaise and sour cream mixture over the pasta salad. Toss gently until all the ingredients are evenly coated.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
