Beef Pad Thai

There is no tastier dish than this beef pad thai. It combines the best flavors of tender steak, tangy lime, crunchy peanuts, and fresh vegetables. If you are looking to spice up meal time, this is the perfect dish for you!


  • Braveheart New York Strip Steak, thinly sliced

  • 2 shallots, chopped

  • 1 bunch green onion, chopped

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 package rice noodles

  • 2 tbsp tamarind concentrate

  • 2 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 3 tbsp fish sauce

  • Oil

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup bean sprouts

  • ½ cup chopped peanuts


  1. In a small bowl, combine tamarind concentrate, soy sauce, fish sauce, and brown sugar. Mix well and set aside.

  2. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions and set aside.

  3. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat and add sliced steak. Cook for about 1-2 minutes and add garlic and shallots to the pan. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.

  4. Add rice noodles to the pan along with sauce. Mix well to combine.

  5. Push noodles to one side of the pan and crack 2 eggs into the pan. Scramble the eggs using a spoon and stir into the noodles once cooked (1-2 minutes).

  6. Add bean sprouts, green onions, and chopped peanuts. Mix well.

  7. Let cool, serve, and enjoy!
