Ingredients
2 Braveheart New York Strip Steaks
4 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
2 cups fresh spinach
2 cups alfredo sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup BBQ sauce
½ onion, sliced
3 tbsp butter
1 premade pizza crust
Directions
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once oil is hot, add the steak to the pan and let cook for 3 minutes on each side. Remove from the pan and let it rest. Next, thinly slice the steak and set aside.
Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat and add spinach and onions. Cook until onions are soft and spinach is wilted. Remove from the pan and set aside.
Spread alfredo sauce on the pizza crust until the crust is evenly coated. Top with spinach, onions, and thinly sliced steak.
Sprinkle an even layer of cheese over the ingredients. Brush the pizza with BBQ sauce and top with another layer of cheese.
Cook in the oven at 400F for 10 minutes or until the cheese is browned and bubbly.
