Ancho Chili Cowboy Ribeye

Ingredients

  • 2 Braveheart Cowboy Ribeye Steaks

  • 2 tbsp ancho chili powder

  • 2 tsp cumin

  • 1 tbsp dried minced onion

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp oregano

  • 1 tsp ground black pepper

  • 1 tsp flaky salt

  • Olive oil

Directions

  1. Add all seasonings to a medium sized bowl and mix until well combined.

  2. Brush all sides of ribeye steaks with olive oil and rub seasoning mixture onto steak until ribeyes are fully coated.

  3. Preheat a grill to 450F and cook ribeyes for 10 minutes on each side (or until desired doneness)

  4. Let cool, serve, and enjoy!
